By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following return policy:

Eligibility for Refund:

To receive a full refund, all bundles or wigs must be returned in new, unaltered, and unused condition. Products that have been worn, washed, dyed, cut, or otherwise altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

 Return Timeframe:

Once a return label has been issued to you, you must return the item(s) within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving the label. Returns sent after this period will not qualify for a full refund.

 Return Process:

1. Contact us at kaystylesme@gmail.com to request a return label.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label via email.

3. Ship the item(s) back within 72 hours using the provided label.

4. Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

Due to hygiene and quality assurance standards, any product that shows signs of use, alteration, or damage after receipt will not be accepted for return.

 Shipping Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
